Cantaloupe Jam メロンジャム

Combine the cantaloupe pulp, sugar, and vanilla in a nonreactive pot. Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups chopped peeled cantaloupe
100 g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon

砂糖とレモン果汁を加えて、弱火で混ぜながら煮ます

メロン(2センチ角切り)約900g
砂糖100g
レモン果汁大さじ1
バニラ大さじ1
